This website is operated by Royal Pink City Grocery L.L.C, trading as The Eleventh Note.

By placing an order on theeleventhnote.com you agree to these terms.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. Your order is confirmed only when we contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it. A contract exists between us from that point.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch. Reasons include the item being out of stock, an address outside our delivery area, a pricing error, or an inability to reach you to confirm.

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched at no cost. Contact us by WhatsApp or email with your order number.

Pricing

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.

The total shown at checkout — product price plus any delivery charge — is the amount you will pay. There are no additional fees on delivery.

We may change prices at any time, but never after your order has been confirmed.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. Payment is made in cash at the time of delivery. Please have the exact amount ready.

We do not accept cheques, bank transfers, or card payment at the door.

Delivery area

We currently deliver within Dubai only. Orders placed for addresses outside Dubai will be cancelled and you will be notified.

Products

Fragrance is subjective and perception varies between individuals. Product images are representative; slight variations in packaging may occur between batches.

Our fragrances are for external use only. Read the caution information on the packaging before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the brand name, fragrance names, text, images, and design — belongs to The Eleventh Note and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law.

We are not liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivity resulting from use of our products where the ingredient information provided on the packaging was accurate.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
