When you place an order: your name, phone number, email address, delivery location, building name, apartment number, and any delivery notes you provide.
If you share a Google Maps link: this is location data identifying your delivery address. Sharing it is optional. We use it solely to deliver your order.
When you subscribe to our list: your email address.
Automatically: basic technical information such as browser type and pages viewed, used to understand how the site is used.
We do not collect or store payment card details. All orders are paid in cash on delivery.
Why we collect it
- To process, confirm, and deliver your order
- To contact you about your order by phone, WhatsApp, or email
- To handle returns, refunds, and complaints
- To send you news about new releases, only if you have subscribed
- To meet our record-keeping obligations under UAE law
Who we share it with
Our delivery partner — name, phone number, and address, so they can deliver your order. Nothing more.
Our email provider — your email address, to send order confirmations and, if you have subscribed, brand updates.
Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for five years to meet UAE commercial record-keeping requirements. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
- Stop sending you marketing — every email has an unsubscribe link

Marketing
We only send marketing to people who have asked for it. Unsubscribing takes one click and does not affect any order you have placed.
