Who we are

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, phone number, email address, delivery location, building name, apartment number, and any delivery notes you provide.

If you share a Google Maps link: this is location data identifying your delivery address. Sharing it is optional. We use it solely to deliver your order.

When you subscribe to our list: your email address.

Automatically: basic technical information such as browser type and pages viewed, used to understand how the site is used.

We do not collect or store payment card details. Cards are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor — the card number is entered on Stripe’s own page and never reaches us. You may also pay in cash on delivery, in which case no card is involved at all.

Why we collect it

• To process, confirm, and deliver your order
• To contact you about your order by phone, WhatsApp, or email
• To handle returns, refunds, and complaints
• To send you news about new releases, only if you have subscribed
• To meet our record-keeping obligations under UAE law

Who we share it with

Our delivery partner — name, phone number, and address, so they can deliver your order. Nothing more.

Our email provider — your email address, to send order confirmations and, if you have subscribed, brand updates.

Stripe — if you pay by card, your name, email address and the amount, so the payment can be taken. Stripe holds the card details; we never see them. Cash orders are not sent to Stripe at all.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — if you visit this site, the Meta pixel tells Meta which pages you looked at, along with your IP address and browser. We use it to measure our advertising. It does not receive your name, phone number or delivery address.

Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.

We do not sell your data, and we never pass on your order details — your name, number or address — for anyone else’s advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for five years to meet UAE commercial record-keeping requirements. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You may ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything inaccurate
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
• Stop sending you marketing — every email has an unsubscribe link

Marketing

We only send marketing to people who have asked for it. Unsubscribing takes one click and does not affect any order you have placed.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No online system is completely secure, but we limit access to those who need it to fulfil your order.

Cookies and the Meta pixel

We use essential cookies to keep your cart working. Blocking those will stop the cart functioning.

We also run the Meta pixel, which sets cookies and reports your visit to Meta so we can see whether our advertising reaches anyone. You can stop it by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, by using a tracker blocker, or through your Meta ad preferences. The shop works normally either way.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
