Delivery is free on every order, whatever its size. There is nothing to pay for delivery in your cart and nothing added at the door.
Express delivery is not running yet. We will offer it once we can do it properly; until then the option appears on the site marked as coming soon so you know it is on the way.
Every order is confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before we deliver. Nobody arrives at your door unannounced, and we never dispatch without speaking to you first.
Standard delivery — within 5–7 days. We deliver in person, at weekends. Orders confirmed during the week go out on the following weekend, which is why the window is 5–7 days rather than a day or two.
You will be contacted before delivery with an approximate time. We would rather give you a window we can keep than promise sooner and miss.
Payment is made in cash on arrival. Please have the exact amount ready — we may not carry change.
You may inspect the outer packaging before paying. You may refuse the order at the door if you change your mind, at no cost.
We will attempt delivery and call you on the number provided.
If nobody is available, we will attempt delivery twice more. After a third failed attempt the order is cancelled. Repeated failed deliveries may mean we require prepayment on future orders.
Please make sure your phone number is correct and that you can answer it.
Dubai addresses can be difficult to locate. Sharing a Google Maps pin at checkout is the single most reliable way to make sure your order arrives — open Google Maps, hold on your location, and paste the link.
A building name and apartment number, plus any nearby landmark in the notes field, also help considerably.
Inspect the outer packaging before accepting. If it is visibly damaged you may refuse the delivery, or accept it and contact us within 48 hours. See our Returns & Refunds page.
